Frank is absolutely the best. Frequently, people say, oh, you have to replace it.It's outdated , nobody repairs those anymore. Or that's just the way they build them now. None of that with Frank. I have 2 tablets.One is older.He's always been able to replace the glass on the screen. Same for my phone, even the battery in a phone that is sealed, and supposedly can't be replaced. Clearly, the best choice for repairs.I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My sister was visiting me, she broke her iPhone 14 Pro Max and it was pretty bad! Back & Front glass was shattered in to million pieces. The frame was bent a bit. It looked so bad that my brother in law didn’t even think about repair and they were gonna go to Apple Store to get a new phone. I google phone repair on maps and found this shop. We went in, my friend on counter was very friendly and more importantly very honest. He told us how much it would cost and how long it would take. He said it takes him about 2 hours to fully install the new front and back glasses and the frame and that there was 1 customer ahead of us. Couple hours late we got the call that it was ready. I am not exaggerating one bit when I say this man gave us what looked like a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max out of the box. It was flawless! Because he didn’t have the same color frame and glass available he offered us violet one and I might actually get the same thing done to my 16 pro max even tho it doesn’t need it 😂 Seriously amazing work, honest and friendly staff. I am definitely returning for any other electronics services I need.

The service is excellent! You can bring your broken computer or cellphone and they will eyeball the problem to schedule the fix, pickup, and price with complete satisfaction -- the fix, pickup, price! I keep suggesting they should offer a CLC course so there are more satisfying businesses like theirs!

I've gone to 911 Tech in Grayslake, maybe 1/2 dozen times, over the last 10-15 yrs, and have always been well taken care of. I travel alot, and I'm hard on laptops, so I end needing unexpected help in tricky PC situations. Their prices are solid, the solutions work well, and the job gets done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
