I had a wonderful experience with working with Wedge today. I was having an issue where my iphone 12 speaker crapped out. Apple wanted to charge me $500 for the repair. I called every repair place within a 10 mile radius to get quote for repair which ranged from $70-$130 from 3rd parties. Most of the techs I spoke to gave me a warning that when repairing the earphone speaker there was a risk the the face ID cable will be damaged beyond repair. When I Called 911 tech, they assured me that this was not the case. They got me fixed up in less than an hour for $80 and everything works beautifully. You can tell that Wedge has a passion for the work that he does. 10/10 would recommend

This is definitely my go-to business for tech problems. A few weeks ago, my phone screen went black and I couldn't get it back. I just happened to be near the store, so my husband suggested I stop in. My phone was fixed in less than 5 mins, and no charge. So, when I was fed up with dealing with my 5-year old Lenovo laptop being so painfully slow, I took it in to 911 TR to see A) if it was fixable, and B) what the pros and cons were of fixing vs buying new. I ended up having it repaired with a new hard drive, and asked for installation of Windows 11. I was also concurrently having trouble accessing my work website, and was able to determine that the block was not caused by anything in my laptop. The total cost was just over $300, which was much less than what it would've cost to replace my computer with a similar model. During my adjustment to Windows 11, and my search for the block, I called 911 TR several times to ask for advice on how to proceed, and then also went back to the store to have them show me how to access customizations I wanted in my laptop. Their customer service is top notch. Every contact I had with them was courteous, efficient, and provided answers to all my questions. I highly recommend this business for laptop repair. I will definitely be a regular customer with all my devices.
