I recently brought 2 systems in for hardware repair and a windows update and was very happy with the results. The first system was a high end PC laptop that had a snapped hinged. They were able to source all the parts and get me running for an affordable price. I was very happy with the quality of work on my laptop. I also brought in a desktop PC that other places said couldn't be upgrade from windows 10 to 11. I brought my computer in after it was compromised by a phishing attack. He was able to very quickly restore my device from a known good backup. I brought it in shortly before closing and had it back before 1pm the following day. He advised me sticking with an older operating system is not the best idea, but he assisted me in keeping that OS when I insisted.

I brought my mother's old tower computer to 911 Tech Repair when it was dead as a door nail. She is 88 years old and has vision issues. I asked Frank if he could bring it back to life for her and he gave me a dire assessment of its health after he took a look at it. I thought it was a goner, but he told me that it could be repaired. In the end, he replaced the mother board, CPU, and power supply and was able to get it back in her apartment and working perfectly once again. The topper is that the price was so reasonable too! Incredible people, within all of the parts getting there, it took a day to get my broken computer back, it needed a full case, Motherboard and Power supply swap. Charges cheap, no reason to go to someone else. Only complaint is I didn’t find out sooner.

Highly recommend this business! I came in because my phone would not hold a charge and I expected best case scenario I would need to pay to replace the battery. Instead, the guy who helped me showed me how both of the chargers I was using were burned out and they were the problem not my phone. He also taught me about chargers and what to look out for and gave me brand recommendations to replace it. I didn't end up needing to buy anything or pay to have anything repaired or replaced because I had charger at home that still worked. I don't know a lot about phones or tech in general, but I need my phone to get into my work computer for the double authentication. His honesty and helpfulness was outstanding and I will definitely come back here in the future

I brought in an iPhone gifted to me and I wanted to have a new battery installed and also to make certain it was in decent shape before I switched my number to it. My HP Color LaserJet printer required service due to a persistent paper‑jam error code. Wedge at 911 Tech Repair explained that he would diagnose the issue and follow up within a few hours. He later called to report that there was no residual paper in the machine, but the error code suggested a potential sensor defect. Wedge continued troubleshooting and ultimately determined that the sensor had been damaged and that the replacement part is no longer available. Although I was disappointed by the outcome, I felt confident that an expert had thoroughly diagnosed the problem and communicated with me in a professional and timely manner.
