I have the Motorola Turbo XT1254. 1st time ever, I cracked my screen. Called around and was even referred here by 2 other sources, 1 being my carrier. Spoke to Frank, got a price, ordered the screen and got it in in 2 days. Awesome. Only 2 small things that bothered me: 1). When he put the screen protector on he may have gotten his fingers on the adhesive so now it doesn't"suck" 100% on the bottom- not a big deal. 2). They charged me a 3% surcharge ( which is displayed) to use my credit card. When I asked why, he said that is what they pay to accept the credit card. So, they charge you their charge - when I last looked at the law, this was ILLEGAL.You can NOT charge or pass on the charge of business to your client.

Other than those 2 things, great working with them. I can not do a 4.5 star, otherwise I would.

Wes and 911 Tech have been great to work with. I have an older laptop which is heavily used and has to travel with me around the world. Supa' speedy service with a smile.
My iPhone 5's screen was popping out for what appeared to be no known reason, I has not dropped or abused the mobile, but I lost critical functionality as a result. Took the mobile in for a check up and a possible repair. Upon arrival the gentleman gave it a look over, furrowed his brow and looked quizzically at the device in his hand and decided to open it's case. Upon opening it was then obvious what the underlying problem was. "AHAA!" He exclaimed. "Therein layeth the problem!" He pointed at the sickly and quite bloated battery beneath the screen. "This battery dost not faireth well, for it's days are at end. I shall smite it from it's abode and replace it with new!!"
Translation: He told me that the battery was in desperate need of replacement, it was bloated and dangerous and was the cause of the screen being pushed out of it's bezel, and that he would be glad to replace it and glue the screen back into place. Total time was about an hour and cost was under $100.
((Disclaimer: Service tech may or may not have been speaking in 15th century Elizabethan prose. It's my review, I'll do what I want.)) Highly recommend these folks, good place, good service, good price.

Extremely honest! I came into the store to have a cracked screen on a phone replaced. To my surprise, and absolute delight, the cracked screen turned out to be a cracked screen protector. The tech immediately recognized what the problem was and simply peeled off the screen protector, handed me back the phone, and enthusiastically exclaimed, “All fixed!”
